Refund Policy

2. Consultation Calls

Our initial clarity calls are free of charge. There is no fee and therefore no refund applicable for these discovery sessions.

3. Project-Based Services

For one-time project engagements:

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of project start if no work has been delivered
  • Once custom work has been delivered, refunds are prorated based on work completed
  • No refunds are available once a project is 50% complete or more

4. Monthly Retainer Services

For ongoing monthly services:

  • You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice
  • Refunds are not provided for the current billing period
  • Services will continue through the end of the paid period
  • No long-term contracts or cancellation fees

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
