These terms govern use of the Notren Analytics website, restricted customer areas, reports, and services.
Website and service status
Notren Analytics is an early-stage agricultural data and intelligence company. Product capabilities may be in development, provided through early access, or changed as the service evolves. Website descriptions do not guarantee that every capability is available to every customer.
Permitted use
You may use this website and authorized customer services for lawful business purposes. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, extract protected information, introduce harmful code, or use the service in a way that violates another person's rights.
Accounts and access
Customer and administrator areas are restricted. You are responsible for keeping issued credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Contact Notren promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
Data and intelligence outputs
Agricultural analytics, forecasts, alerts, reports, and recommendations support professional judgement; they do not replace field inspection, agronomic advice, financial advice, or regulatory requirements. Decisions remain the responsibility of the user.
Payments and digital products
Prices, payment terms, product access, delivery conditions, and any applicable refund terms are presented at purchase or agreed in writing. Third-party payment providers may process transactions under their own terms and privacy practices.
Intellectual property and external data
The Notren name, branding, website, software, and original materials are owned by Notren or its licensors. Some outputs may incorporate public or licensed third-party data, which remains subject to its source terms and availability.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the website and services available and accurate, but access may be interrupted and information may change. These terms may be updated as the company and its services develop.
